Article 1 : Application field

The hereby general sales conditions apply to all the sales made through the Internet site z-amigastore.com, for all the items sold and sent by Z Amiga Store.

Article 2 : Orders

You can pass your orders on the internet site :

Article 3 : Availability of the items

The availability of the items is indicated in real time. As soon as you validate your order, then the item can be seen in your order. Be careful, it is possible that several users order a same item at the same time. The item will then be attributed to the person who has validated the order first onto the site.

An item will only be suppressed from our online catalog as soon as we can not provide you anymore with it. In any other cases, it is still possible to pass a new order within some deadline.

When an ordered item is unavailable, the customer is informed by e-mail or via the invoice sent when several items are ordered.

Article 4 : Price

The prices of the items are indicated in euros netto, excluding the freight costs. The items ordered are invoiced on the basis of the current price when the order is passed.

The price should be paid totally and with just one payment at the order. All the orders are invoiced in euros and should be paid in euros.

Within the framework of the european legislation about the waste treatment of electrical and electronical devices (decree from 20th July 2005), an environmental contribution is added to the sales price of all the items concerned. The amount of these contributions are precised onto the products sheets and during the order's process.

Freight costs

The freight costs are calculated onto the basis of the total weight of the order.

The costs are influenced by your location and the sending modus you have chosen (see the details of the freight costs).

Please think to group all your items in only one order. We will not be able to group two separate orders and the freight costs will be invoiced to you for each of them.

Article 6 : Delivery

The deliveries in metropolitan France, Monaco, Andore are made through colissimo and the deliveries in the european union countries, Switzerland and Norway are made through international colissimo Zone A.

Article 7 : Payment

Only the following payment means are accepted on the Z Amiga store site :

Further payment means can be added to the list which will be updated at that precise time.

Article 8 : Guarantee

The new games are covered by a limited guarantee of three months and will only be replaced by a same title, or in case of no more title, by an equivalent title or of the same value. These games, even if never used, date from another"time"; their exceptional state of conservation are nevertheless subjected to the time going by.

The used games are not covered by a guarantee; however, the games are tested under normal using conditions before being sold.

The new material is covered by the currently normal guarantee.

The used material is covered by a limited guarantee of three months.

Article 9 : Right of withdrawal

In accordance of the law, when you pass an order via internet, you have the right to return an item. Whatever the reason may be, you can return us an item.

Z Amiga Store allows you to do that within 15 days, as soon as you have received your delivery.

The returned items should be in their original packaging. When it is about items sold in batches or in boxes during special periods, the whole items should be returned altogether. The item should be returned in their original packaging, intact, accompanied with the possible accessories, using notices and documentation.

You are asked to take care of the packaging if you return the item. If the item is damaged while being returned, it will not be accepted, nor replaced, and will be returned at the customer's charge.

The return expenses are at your charge.

Particular cases of impossible return : concerns the products that are immediately repoducible (floppy drive, CD, etc...).

Article 10 : Transfer of property - Transfer of risks

The transfer of property of products at the benefit of the customer, will only be carried out after the price is completely paid, and whatever the delivery date of the so-called products.

On the other hand, the transfer of risks of loss and of products deterioration will be carried out as soon as the customer has delivered the so-called products.

Article 11 : Data protection

The information that are required to you are, for some of them, necessary to process and execute your orders, and for the others, useful to know you and improve the services that can be proposed to you on the internet site.

Your personal data are processed in accordance to the law regarding computer, files and liberties from 6th January 1978.

At any time, you can have the access to modify your personal data. You just have to contact us (indicating your name, surname, addressand e-mail) and send us a letter per post to Z Amiga Store - 40 avenue Jean JAURES - 58160 IMPHY.

Moreover, you can handle you personal data directly from your customer's account on the internet site.

We inform you as well that cookies register some information that are stocked into the memory of your hard disk. You are warned by a message before and asked if you wish to accept the cookies; you have the possibility to refuse.

Article 12 : Responsibility

The titles indicated in the database of alapage.com have been written from the information mentioned on the products themselves.

The products that are proposed are in accordance to the french law in force. Z Amiga Store is not responsible for any item that does not respect the law of the delivery country (censorship, title or author interdiction...).

Z Amiga Store can not be held responsible in case of any force majeure (strike, flood, fire...).

Article 14 : Right to be applied

Each of the clauses that are in the hereby general sales conditions, as well as all the purchasing and selling operations being concerned, will be submitted to the French law.

Article 15 : Customer's acceptance

The hereby general sales conditions as well as the prices are expressly accepted by the customer who declare to have read the whole conditions and to be aware of them. As a matter of consequence, he refused to present any counter document, and especially his own general purchase conditions.

He commit himself to accept the hereby general sales conditions when he buys any item.
